Il Tribunale di Pescara con ordinanza del 28 novembre 2014 ha introdotto un importante ed innovativo principio in materia di usura bancaria, estendendo la casistica delle voci di costo da includere nel calcolo del TEG.
L’ordinanza, più precisamente, sostiene che debba essere incluso nel calcolo del TEG anche il costo che il mutuatario si impegna a corrispondere alla banca in caso di risoluzione unilaterale ed anticipata del contratto di finanziamento, con restituzione del capitale residuo.

What I have done
A freelancer, a lawyer, a citizen has to take his own responsibility. I often put myself beyong, taking on responsabilities that are not mine, such as the protection and promotion of my neighborhood, my town and the social, voluntary or commercial realities that are established there. My professional experience is the natural continuation of the my associationism activity during my university studies, first, and in the area in which I live, Palermo, then. I am destined to protect others. Today, the profession of lawyer spends most of my daily life, but I have not lost the "vice" of studying the Institutions and public law and promoting initiatives against the failures of the Public Administration with the claim that the numerous and expensive taxes that every year we pay, they make sense only if citizens receive a useful and dignified service. The work and the protection of the subjective rights of my clients and the legitimate interests of the community are my missions both when, for example, I defend the interests of the injured heir in his share of "legitimacy", and when I contest the persistence of a broken and dangerous sidewalk or a set of abandoned traders or workers!
